In a country like India, amidst all the politics and corruption, there do lie places of ultimate solace. Our roots have gifted us with a range of cultures in our history that we fail to embrace each one of them. Always turning back on our own nation, we have never explored our own land and we rush almost every year for an international visa. It would be an eye opener for all that we do have the most truly magnificent destinations to visit in India.
With a hippie vibe, we bring to you the rarest trippy destinations in India. Accentuate the religious side, dive your soul in the trip of 60’ culture and just flow. Throw your free spirit in the magical scenery and travel the ‘high-way’ to connect with everything around you.
1. Rann of kutch

Our vibrant Gujarat has much more to offer! The dramatic sunset in the vast saline deposits for the day combined with a sky full of stars at night. This beauty surrounds you in an unforgettable horizon holding upto your goosebumps throughout. Drag a puff and melt down in trip of glee.
2. Mawlynnong

A couple hour drive from Shillong, this forest is claimed as Asia’s cleanest one in the recent times. The exceptional purity in the most raw form can be found in the village of Mawlynnong. With no trace of modern setup, this place gives you a reality check providing you a new place to live it. Leaving all the rush of city lights, it’s the perfect place to laze around all day.
3. Kodaikanal

Leaving the boom Shankar vibe from the north, south India has something extraordinary to offer. Abundance of greeny with villages of mushrooms all around, Kodaikanal in Tamil Nadu is the trippiest place down there. Make a hut on your own, score a fancy joint, hop on the yummiest deep fried chicken and doze off!
4. Hampi

This world heritage site surrounded by mystical sandstones with a tale of its own has managed to bring out its own side. The tradition of nirvana overpowers the stunning architecture of its local to a modernised version of late 60’s. Try out all the café’s to engulf in the psychedelic vibe with bob marley jamming in the background.
5. Varkala

All the chilled travellers who prefer cycling around in the trip than dancing on thumping beats, this is the place for you. Located at the hills of Kerela, the no boundation travel with a tiny small village amongst the tall palm trees is worth visiting.
