The level of satisfaction of being where you always wanted to be is out of this world. It’s the perfect breakie amidst all the juggling of completion of chores and deadlines. We here at Deloun, give you a psychedelic edge of travel. This is for all the travelholics, we bring to you a list of trippy destinations in nature. (Yes, it’s true) Let’s give you a break from the clichéd whereabouts and an added reason to make trippy memories.

1. Kamchatka Ice caves, Russia

A kilometre long tunnel located in the Kamchatka Peninsula of Russia is a natural psychedelic phenomenon. Formed by a hot water spring flowing under the icy glacial of Mutnovsky Volcano, brings out the most stunning view. The sunlight penetrating through the thin walls gives you chills of beauty with its changing colours.

2. Cano Cristales, Columbia

This river, commonly known as “The Rainbow River” illuminates the colours of rainbow in its water. Located in the Serrania de la Macarena Province of Meta, the surreal effect embedded through it makes it one of the most beautiful rivers in the world. The added element of natural patterns in many hues of rainbow, makes it a must visit place on this planet.

3. Fly Geaser, Nevada

This accidental creation by a geothermal reaction in 1964 is an abruptly vibrant mountain. Situated in a parcel property amidst the huge land of Black Rock Desert, is a vivid scientific experiment. The river surrounding the mountain has erupted the scalding water on it, producing large amount of calcium carbonates on it. Deposition of thermophilic algae over the years has created a greenish red texture on the outer surface.

4. Lake Hillier, Australia

This magical looking river is a naturally existing river in Australia Richerche Archipelago. When looked from a distance you might be mistaken as this being edited, but its false.The bubble gum colour of the same can fool anybody but its due to the high content of salt present in it. Despite of that there is no harm to the tourists travelling. Fun fact, it remains pink all through the year and even when bottled.

5. Danxia Landform Park, China

China is not leaving any strand to leave the other countries behind. This exclusive mountains present in Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park has a range of trippy mountains. Thousands of layers of minerals and sandstones have been compressed through tectonic plates to form these. Don’t think too hard, it actually exists!
