The word ‘Chakra’ is quite frequently used in harmonious treatment. Derived from a Sanskrit word meaning ‘The wheel of spinning energy’ is like the powerhouse of our body. It’s a whirling element in every person which drives him and his individuality. They are like invisible rechargeable batteries providing energy to your system. Imagine a neon tube running from the top of your head to the base of the spine, controlling your vibe as a powerhouse. Think of it as your main source of energy. Fascinating right?
